With my blog I hope to broaden peoples' imaginations on the benefits of certain foods by explaining how they affect the body, as well as attaching effortless recipes at the end of my post. My blog is open to all readers but will mainly target ladies in high school and older because I will be focusing on beauty detox. For example, this specific subject will cover how to get radiant skin, the key to strong nails and hair, and the correct diet that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed all day.Because of my life experiences, I have a great insight on health and fitness. At a young age I was introduced to nutritious food that other kids did not have the privilege of eating constantly. I learned that six cups of water are essential in daily intake because kidneys are important organs that need to cleanse the body of harmful fluids, but cannot without water. Also, when working out and doing a variety of exercises, you have to keep in mind it will be difficult however it will pay off in the long run; the hardest part with exercising is keeping it consistent.
My mother, my inspiration, is the person who taught me what I know now; her battle with kidney failure completely changed my perspective on life and health. She always reminds me that life is pointless without good health because you can have all the money in the world but it will not mean a thing if you're barely able to enjoy life. Therefore, it is our job as individuals to make the right, smart choices with food and anything regarding our bodies.
